The easiest way to get in Baguio city to attend Panagbenga Festival is by bus. The tickets of buses from Metro Manila are not expensive even during the festival month.
The government has special order to keep the same price during the festival days so that maximum people can attend and enjoy the festival and see the Tagalog culture and enjoy the Tagalog music in Panagbenga.

Later the parade which is full of the Panagbenga decoration, floats and flower will move near the Maharlika and turn to Harrison Road.
The parade will end at Melvin Jones Grandstand. On 26th Feb, you will able to see the grand float which will commence at Upper Session and proceed to different roads including Harrison,
Magsaysay and Session Roads. Like the first day parade, the ending route of the grand float of Panagbenga festival is Melvin Jones Grandstand.
